Scenery Builder, also referred to as SBuilder, is a scenery creation tool for FS2004.Scenery Builder creates scenery for FS2004. SBuilder makes BGL files from source geographic data.
Working in Scenery Builder is based on background Map sets. Background Maps guide you in the creation of shorelines, roads, rivers and so one. If are only making lines and polygons, you could, in principle, work without a background Map. However, for Photo and Mesh scenery creation they are mandatory.
